Our delivery hero, Micheal, showed up with a big smile and positive vibes—easily the nicest and most cheerful delivery driver ever. When we spotted a strand of hair on one of the pizzas, we called the store. Without missing a beat, they promised to send a replacement within 15 minutes. True to their word, Micheal returned with a fresh pizza and the same kind energy that made the whole experience feel genuinely cared for. We ended up enjoying every bite of our pizzas and really appreciated how quickly and kindly the situation was handled. We are always really impressed with the high quality and amount of ingredients and the way it has been thoroughly cooked. We love the crust that is fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, and the vegan cheese is excellently creamy and flavourful. The delivery people are always nice and polite and our food comes quickly and is always nice and hot when we get it.
